MEET THE CHIEF

Chief Earl S. Seegars

Chief Seegars has been a Georgia State Board instructor since 2005. Based in Gwinnett County, he specializes in firearms, chemical weapons, and defensive tactics. He is also a licensed private investigator. Chief Seegars has extensive experience in various security roles, including auxiliary police officer, criminal investigator, and armored car courier. Chief serves as the President of both P.A.S.S Protection Services and The Law Enforcement & Security Private Training Academy .

Supervisor and officer candidates will be required to read the Post Orders prior to independent assignment on the site. Their commander will go through each line item to answer any questions, ensuring they completely understand the information. Candidates will also be required to execute a signature of understanding on the security guidelines

ONGOING ACCOUNTABILITY

Mandatory quarterly review of post orders and signature of understanding by assigned officers and supervisor
