I am the GM of a bar in Alpharetta, GA. We have been using PASS Security since December. They have been nothing but professional. Chief has each of his officers well trained. They go above and beyond what we have asked for, they show up more than an hour early, and have been incredibly accommodating to our needs as a business. Any issue that comes up gets addressed immediately, quite literally within minutes. Chief treats us like his next door neighbor, so courteous and always willing to take your call. The Chief and other instructors of the academy were very informative, knowledgeable and understanding. I feel I learned a lot of my responsibilities and could confidently move forward as a security officer. I have a lot of gratitude and big thanks to everyone who taught me and allowed me the opportunity to learn to be a good security officer for the safety and protection of the public and my clients' interests. The lessons were really easy to grasp and were very detailed and informative. I especially enjoyed the shooting range instruction and detail explanations of firearms handling. I would highly recommend this academy for anyone looking to become a security officer or private detective! 10/10!
